The encryption of the record into the text is a letter (or conditional) translation (reprinting into the text) of the oral speech into the speech written.
The cost of decryption of the audio recording is £15/min., provided that the quality of speech is at a good level. If the speech is accompanied by a lot of noise, or generally badly heard, the cost of work increases.
