Reciprocity is the language of all living things. Care is its most sincere dialect. This language does not need to be learned—it is born with life.

It can be seen in how a sunflower turns towards the sun. A person—towards themselves.

Nature does not ask for permission to grow. No flower apologizes for its blooming. Nature lives in harmony with itself. We, over time, lose this connection.

Yet the world around does not cease to remind us of it.
Spring. Dawn. Rain.
Everything important comes quietly.

The return to wholeness rarely begins with complex answers.
Small acts of care are enough.
From them grows the path to the inner home.

And then reciprocity ceases to be just a word.
It becomes a way of living.
