Your attention - a collage of drawings - Sand play complex made of plywood. The project was executed on order. The initial data was only a reference image without drawings and dimensions.
During the work process, a full cycle of product development was completed:
Analysis of the reference and independent formation of structural logic
Development of the structural scheme and connection nodes
Vector drawings of plywood parts (radii, holes, tolerances)
Step-by-step assembly diagrams in the format of instructions
Selection and specification of fasteners and materials
Formation of a bill of materials (BOM) for production
Visualization of the product for presentation to the client
All documentation was completed in a vector format suitable for:
CNC / plywood cutting,
printing instructions,
exporting to DWG / EPS / PDF.
The project was developed in a constructor format - convenient for production, assembly, and scaling.
