Pizzeria Speranza — ERP Solution for a Digital Restaurant
Development of an internal ERP-style system for the digital restaurant Pizzeria Speranza. The client requested a website and mobile app with a Kanban board for handling staff orders, plus a delivery tracking solution.
Given the limited budget and the fact that over 50% of orders are made offline (by phone or in person), we decided to focus on building the internal ("intranet") part of the system to streamline staff workflows and kitchen logistics.
