Planning resolution of the sound recording studio at Bali, 238.25 m2

Planning solution with a bar and sound recording studio. This is a 2nd floor building. On the 1st floor there is a bar. At the entrance to the street is a terrace with food courtyard and climbs on the 2nd floor (for visitors).In the food courtyard area are chairs and a large sofa. The bar has a table for rest and a entertainment area on the PS. Two sandwiches (one for visitors, the other for staff). On the second floor there is a balcony for private leisure and a hostel. The stairs that are located in the room lead to the sound recording studio and the room for closed parties. There is a scene and a sofa in the room.
