Planning solution for a private house 233 m²

Development of a planning solution and furniture layout for a private house with a total area of 233 m².

The main task was to create a comfortable living space with logical zoning, convenient movement routes, and sufficient storage space.

The project includes:

• functional zoning of rooms;

• ergonomic placement of furniture;

• passages and ease of use of all areas of the house;

• alignment of furniture with the actual dimensions of the rooms;

• preparation of drawings for further implementation of the interior.

The work was completed in ArchiCAD.
