All rental logic operates on an escrow principle where the rental money is held in the contract and released on exact dates. Additionally, integrated KYC SumSub and Diia Signature for verification and document signing.
Application stack: Next.js, NestJS, Tolk, PostgreSQL.
Also, support and admin bots were developed. The application and the entire system around it are deployed on a scalable Railway.
