AS +Make+HP (create a contact and deal in CRM)
Project goal:
1) create a contact and agreement (identifier and URL) in CRM Active Campaign and Hubspot;
2) update the created agreement and automation for sending a series of emails with the Publishing House's promotional campaign.
Implementation:
Using the integration platform Make, I created both the contact and the agreement in both CRM systems. I integrated all the necessary information into special fields using a webhook (the process is bidirectional, thanks to the built-in integration).
I implemented the second part by changing the pipeline stage.
This led to the automation of a series of emails from ActiveCampaign - encouraging long-term engagement of potential clients.
