Portal. Admins and partners dashboard.
A supervisor can change the service status for a customer manually. This is done in case the connection happened out of schedule. The admin and the partner's dashboard are different applications, and it should be understood that several partners can make changes to the database from their dashboards at the same time, as well as the admin can make changes affecting one or more partners. As we can see, when the supervisor changes the status of the service for the customer, the changes made by the admin are promptly displayed in the partner's dashboard. Similarly, all changes made by a partner in his/her dashboard are promptly displayed in the admin's dashboard.
