Building a dealer network in Europe for the tank manufacturing company
Built a B2B dealer network in 24 countries in Europe for a Polish manufacturer of plastic tanks. Starting with a few informal contacts, I developed and implemented a full outreach campaign: identified ICP, gathered and enriched 1,109 leads, launched personalized email chains, made 805 cold calls, and implemented Zoho CRM from scratch for managing the sales funnel.
Result: 88 interested potential clients, 27 companies placed at least one order, 14 became active permanent partners — 30.7% conversion to deal and 51.9% partner retention.
