A large network of clinics addressed us with the task of introducing the business analytics system Power BI and the ability to count the Lifetime customers (life).

We collected the basic data in DWH and then built dashboards with different metrics - sales volumes with detailed service and customer quarters. They also visualized data about LTV (Lifetime Value), Churn Rate (Customer Outflow Indicator), Retention Rate (Customer retention Indicator). And as a bonus, they introduced customer segmentation, taking the basis of the principle of “binary segmentation”, which is a very powerful tool in the hands of skilled marketers.
