Power BI for HR analytics
We were addressed by a large company with the task of introducing the business analytics system Power BI in the HR department. The results of the work described the business processes and requirements for the Dashboard.
In the Dashboard are presented the main indicators - call-to employees in the company, call-to accepted over the period, call-to translations on positions/divisions and call-to dismissed. Information on gender, age, duration of work in the company, the target position during translation, as well as the reason for dismissal. On the second page of the dashboard is presented the "DUO" report for the possibility of comparing two meters and searching for correlation.
