Powered Land — land search platform in the USA

Developed a platform for finding land plots for data centers with the main criterion being proximity to substations. Organized automatic synchronization of the local database with cadastral data from several states, implemented real-time processing and conversion, and used Tileserver to efficiently handle gigabytes of geospatial data. Added AI-based scoring with ratings, a request form with email submission, and deployed the system to Google Cloud using Docker.
