Premium quiz-application for calculating a custom kitchen

A responsive quiz has been developed for the website on Tilda, which helps the client quickly submit a request for a preliminary estimate for a custom kitchen.

The user goes through several steps: selecting the type of kitchen, approximate size, materials for the facades, countertop, and desired production time. After that, they leave their name, phone number, and comment. All responses are automatically sent to a Google Sheet.

The quiz has a premium design with a blurred photo in the background, mobile device adaptation, and a convenient step-by-step logic.
