Project goal:
Create a modern, stylish, and functional website that reflects the status of a premium brand, enhances customer trust, and helps easily present real estate.

Main tasks:
Develop a clean, elegant design that emphasizes the prestige and influence of the brand.
Ensure a user-friendly structure: property catalog, detailed pages for each property, contact information, map, filters.

Optimize UX/UI: clear menu, focus on visual content, attractive photos and illustrations, intuitive interface.
Increase page loading speed and site responsiveness for mobile devices.

My contribution:
Complete design mockups for pages (desktop + mobile).
Selection of color palette, typography, visual elements that correspond to the premium segment.
Building the structure of the property catalog with categories and filters.
Working on details: icons, photo styles, spacing, composition.

Result:
A visually appealing product that immediately demonstrates a premium level of service.
Improved navigation and user convenience.
High responsiveness: the site looks and works equally well on desktops and mobile devices.
