Presentation of the design system for service websites
The target audience of the presentation is experienced designers who confidently work in Figma and are familiar with the principles of design systems. The presentation focuses on the structure, scaling, and practical application of design systems in real web projects.
This project is a presentation of a design system created for websites in the pet services niche.
Its goal is to visually demonstrate how the design system simplifies working with the website, speeds up page assembly, and helps maintain order in large and growing projects.
At the core of the project is a single Figma file with a well-thought-out structure, which includes:
• a convenient tab structure
• a typographic scale
• a color system
• components and basic interface elements
Based on this design system, over 100 ready-made sections for the website have been assembled, grouped by categories:
Navbar, Hero, Features, Pricing, Steps, Team, Testimonials, CTA, FAQ, 404, Contacts, Footer.
This approach allows:
• to quickly make bulk changes
• to maintain a clean and clear file structure
• to scale the project without chaos
• to assemble new website pages in just a few minutes
The file is equally convenient for designers, team leads, and developers.
How the presentation was created:
• I thought through the structure of the presentation and formed a list of key advantages of the design system.
• For each slide, I selected visual and conceptual references to determine the content and presentation in advance.
• I prepared titles and texts, after which I created several design options for each slide and chose the most successful ones.
As a result, a universal presentation was created that can be adapted to different formats and used for showcasing the project on marketplaces and in portfolios.
Scope of work:
Creating this design system took about 150 hours of pure work. The project was developed from scratch: file structure, style system, components, and section assembly.
If you already have a website, but the design file has turned into chaos over time — I can help.
I create design systems for web projects: I organize typography, colors, and components, build the file structure, and bring the project to a state that is convenient to work with and scale further.
Timeline and scope of adaptation:
Adapting the design system for a specific web project without an existing structure takes comparable time and depends on the complexity of the site. On average — 150–200 hours of work.
Cost and format of work:
Cost and timelines are discussed after reviewing the project. I work with websites and services where it is important to bring order to the existing design file and prepare it for further development. Contact me.
