Application for ticket purchasing on React + REST API + Ionic

This is a separate component that should be integrated into the existing bank application as part of the web interface.

The base is on React + Redux Toolkit + TS.
Connection to the server via Rest Api (Axios).
The visual part is on Ionic (because for different platforms, its own style + theme change).
Multilingual support on i18n.
