The Hutor "Oria" is designed as a top-class elite housing of the new type, the foundation of the future Euro 8 standard*
The designation of the building.
The building is designed to perform two main functions:
1 . Beautiful and comfortable accommodation for 1st to 10th families, or a small hotel for 28 guests, new service class - Euro 8*
2nd The box is a bunker of highest environmental protection. With full loss of breathable atmosphere, Oria is designed for autonomous and unlimited long-term air and living environments up to 30 people.
Possibilities of Application.
In private practice, it can be used as a housing for the richest.
State programs can be used as an environmental, chemical, radio and bacteriological disasters warning system of planetary and local scale, in order to ensure the survival of the technocratic elite.
