Task: Systematization of chaotic content and development of a predictive lead generation funnel for an expert legal YouTube channel.

Solution: Conducted in-depth research of the niche and created a visual content architecture (Launch Board Map). Shifted from intuitive shooting to systematic production based on viewer psychology.

Implemented strategy stages:
- Audience segmentation (target audience). Analysis of triggers and decision-making context (e.g., non-residents planning a remote transfer of property rights).
- Pain mapping. Identification of key fears (loss of capital due to taxes, fines) to construct aggressive hooks in the first 5 seconds of the video.
- Integration of the PAS (Problem, Agitation, Solution) script formula. Developed a strict structure for information delivery. Example hook: "A mistake in the gift agreement will cost you 18% tax instead of 0%. That's a loss of $10,000 out of nowhere. I’ll show you the legal scheme...".
- Designing calls to action (CTA). Driving traffic to predicted actions: commenting under the video to boost algorithms instead of passive subscriptions.
- Building a format matrix. Categorizing topics for retention: risk analysis (Red Flags), step-by-step instructions, case studies, myth-busting, legal life hacks.

Result: The expert received a ready-made production roadmap. Each video has a clear goal, a script structure for high retention, and an integrated sales funnel for consultations.
