Program "Welcome" with Birthday and Jubilee (C++)

The program allows you to read from the file information about people (names, initials, mobs. phone, date of birth) and record them in the Organizer class objects. After that, previously sorted by the alphabet the data selected by the "data" criterion is recorded in the output file, while extracting the information to the console using the downloaded output operator.
