Programs for viewing images

The following to the text editor, as an example of the work of the graphic library for Windows that I’m developing, was implemented an image viewing program.
The program (as well as the library) works on Windows, starting with version 7.

One of the main advantages of this software is the speed - images open much faster than through the UWP apps of photos on Windows 10, and approximately as fast as in the corresponding program on Windows 7/8.

All formats supported by WIC are supported.
