There are roles: Moderator, Speaker and ordinary User. The moderator can:
Create the entries;
Create the topics of reports;
to fix, propose, change the topic of the report by speaker;
Regulate the time and place of the event. It is necessary to consider the possibility:
review of past/most actions;
the date of the event;
the number of reports;
by the number of participants. Each speaker has his own office. The speaker can review the list of events in which he has participated. A speaker can offer his report to the west, as well as offer himself as a speaker on free reports. The user can register for the West (optional, not allow re-registration - duplicate by email). It is required to be the statistics of the people who registered and how many physically came to the west - the moderator. (Optional, to make a message to participants and speakers by email about changes in the planned actions)
