Project for the reconstruction of a residential building in the village of Novogradkovka. 2021

During the design process, an old, one-story German house built in 1905, with extensions constructed in the 2000s, was to be transformed into a modern, comfortable, beautiful home. The reconstruction project was carried out precisely within the footprint of the existing building (84 sq.m.) with partial use of its foundation. The walls are lightweight - aerated concrete, and the roof is flat on I-beam OSB beams. In addition to the house reconstruction project, I also completed a landscape design project.
