Project Manager at Democratia: Tap to Free. I manage the development processes of a gaming application in the Telegram ecosystem, coordinating a team of a 3D designer, UI/UX designer, Full-Stack developer, and marketer. I am responsible for deadline control, resource allocation, prioritization, and interaction with partners. I develop and implement strategies to improve user gaming experience, analyze community feedback, test functionality, and optimize workflows. I participate in project monetization and growth strategy development. Among my achievements are the successful organization of workflows, implementation of automated development control tools, preparation of the project for release, and community development around it.
