Project in the niche "Car Services" - targeted advertising
This project was implemented for a detailing studio that needed to sell its services for: wrapping cars with protective and vinyl films, polishing cars and applying protective compounds, as well as reupholstering parts of the interior and restoring plastics.
The niche is quite complex for advertising "head-on," but since social media was already being utilized, by mixing the cold audience with those who were already familiar with the activities, good results were achieved.
Since the cost of services is quite significant, for the client, attracting one customer for the entire range of services was okay at $50, but it turned out to be on average three times cheaper. It is clear that not everyone was signed up for services with an average check of $1500-3000, but everyone was satisfied with the results.
Video creatives showed the best performance in the work, showcasing how the guys worked and the results before/after, with mandatory dialogues that ended with a call to action.
Additionally, the website featured consumables and tools that were also occasionally purchased by people coming from the ads, which is a normal practice when traffic goes to the site.
It is also worth noting the increase in the number of subscribers, who also came from the ads and then went to the Instagram page and subscribed, becoming potential clients of the studio. A portion of the people who started dialogues in Direct were processed by the manager, with an average of every 4th one also signing up for a service.
Thus, the studio received work load for the next two months, while also receiving bookings from organic traffic and "add-ons," and the client saw the results of managing and shooting videos on social media and is now doing this on a regular basis.
