Building type: Block house (townhouse), 4 sections under one roof with shared firewall walls.
Sound insulation: Between sections - double walls with an air gap and mineral wool (minimum 25 cm).
Materials: Aerated concrete or ceramic block + insulation (quick, economical, energy-efficient).
Foundation: Strip or slab (depending on soil type).
Heating: Individual for each section (electric boiler, heat pump, or gas).
Water supply: Shared well with distribution to 4 separate meters or individual systems.
Sewage: Separate septic tanks or connection to the central network along the road.
Electricity: Separate panel and meter for each section.

Minimum walking distance: From the car to the door only 3-5 meters, without steps.
Complete autonomy: Each family has its own piece of land, private entrance, no shared areas for disputes.
Psychological comfort: It feels like a private house, not an apartment. There is a front garden in front of the windows and a plot at the back.
Quiet courtyard: The back of the plot is protected by the house from noise and dust from the road.
Possibility of gardening: Each family can grow vegetables, flowers, and set up a terrace for relaxation.
Safety: Short distance from the road to the door, the entire area is clearly visible from the windows.
