The project is performed in the style of #Eclectic.The essence of the style of the eclectic consists in the grammatical combination of different styles.According to the design task, the project combines the classic architectural styles of Italy, Spain, the southern regions of France.At the request of the buyer, the architect tried to collect in the project the colours of the Mediterranean building.The building site, the river Irpine coast, is characterized by an active relief, with a height fall to 3m.In the lower part of the area, according to geology, a high level of soil waters was found.Therefore, the decision was made to place the building on a roof, and to design a half-filled surface - a coal surface.This floor has a garage, auxiliary, technical facilities and a large billboard.The section is functionally divided into two parts - the upper and the bottom.In the upper part is a summer terrace on which it is the exit from the dining room, the general room and the swimming pool.The lower part is taken under the garden with an artificial waterfront, and the main entrance with a guest parking.The walls of the building are made of rope and heated with mineral wheat.Crossing of the rail, iron.The shell is a natural shell.Floor: Two floors and a coal floor.Total area of the housing - 643.2 m2
