What was accomplished within the project:
1. Development of content structure: Systematization of technical data (area, energy efficiency class A++, material specifications, construction timelines).
2. AI generation and processing of visuals: Creation of photorealistic exteriors and building concepts using neural networks, preparation and color correction of graphic elements.
3. Localization and copywriting: Translation, adaptation, and "humanization" of the technical description in Romanian without losing commercial meaning.
4. Catalog layout: Design and final formatting of pages in a concise, modern style (Scandinavian minimalism).
Tools: Generative AI (AI for graphics and texts), Photoshop, Canva.
The case demonstrates skills in comprehensive content management, process automation using AI, and quality work with foreign languages.
