The "Synthesis of Styles" mansion, in its eclectic exterior, combines a number of directions, but the dominant one is still the modern minimalist style. To prevent the mansion from being pretentious and cold, the inner courtyard-atrium is designed in a classical manner. In other words, there is a public face – "for everyone," and there is a closed, intimate space – "for oneself."
