The goal is to increase the customer base and fill the schedule with receptions.The first step was to create a page on Instagram and Facebook.We have developed attractive posts telling about the work of specialists and the advantages of regular manicure.We also set targeted advertising to cover a broader audience.To further increase the chances of attracting new customers, we wrote scripts that specialists conduct telephone conversations.This guaranteed that people who were interested in the reception would come to the end and really book it, rather than just show the initial interest and forget about it.The results were impressive.A few weeks after the start of the campaign, the schedule of the specialists was fully filled.In addition, the number of subscribers on their Instagram and Facebook pages increased by 70%.To track the success of the campaign, we collected data and made a table showing the effect of their efforts:
