Property Management System (Laravel)

I developed a comprehensive Property Management System using the Laravel framework to streamline property, tenant, and payment management processes. The system allows administrators to manage properties, track tenants, monitor maintenance requests, and handle rent payments through a centralized dashboard.

Key features include tenant management, property listings, payment tracking, maintenance request handling, reporting tools, and role-based authentication. The platform was built with a responsive design to ensure smooth usability across desktop and mobile devices.

On the backend, I implemented secure authentication, database optimization, and RESTful architecture to ensure performance and scalability. This project demonstrates my ability to build structured, scalable business systems with clean UI and efficient backend logic.
