Transfer of the site from Laravel to WordPress
Project: Company website for custom furniture manufacturing

In this project, I performed a complete transfer of the existing site from Laravel to WordPress while preserving the current design, page structure, and content.
The main task was to recreate the site on WordPress as closely as possible to the original version: transferring all main pages, blocks, texts, images, portfolio items, publications, and the visual logic of the site. At the same time, the site had to remain user-friendly for further administration without involving a developer for every content change.
What was done
- The site was fully transferred from Laravel to WordPress.
- The existing design and page structure were recreated.
- Content, images, portfolio items, and publications were transferred.
- The WordPress theme was customized to meet the project's needs.
- Convenient content management was implemented through the admin panel.
- Pages were adapted for mobile devices.
- The main navigation logic and site structure were preserved.
- The site was prepared for further support, updates, and SEO optimization.
My role in the project
I was responsible for the technical implementation of the migration: analyzing the old site, transferring the structure, creating the WordPress version, adapting templates, transferring content, and checking the correctness of page functionality after migration.
Result
The client received a WordPress site that visually corresponds to the previous Laravel version but has become significantly easier to administer. Now content, pages, portfolio, and publications can be edited through the standard WordPress admin panel without the need to work with code.
