As the Tech Lead at Beitrans, a leading logistics company in Ukraine, I led the development of key IT solutions that helped to analyse the company's operations across 54 countries on three continents. The focus was on optimizing logistics through advanced data processing, prediction models, and enhancing system performance.

- ETL Pipelines: Led the creation of an extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipeline that standardized hundreds of manually created Excel files into a common format, streamlining data management.
- Lane Price Prediction: Coordinated development process of a predictive model to forecast lane prices based on historical data, improving pricing accuracy and efficiency.
