Can a bot be a professional psychologist instead of a human? Can a bot understand emotions? Help in difficulty? Understand you - by seeing? Unfortunately - not completely yet. But we, together with the client, have made a huge step in this direction. Firstly, by using retrained AI models and fine-tuning them (gpt4o), as well as using RAG on various extracts from articles, books, and abstracts on psychology. We were able to create a structure that provides a basic analysis of a person based on general topics and questions, without the person sharing a personal problem. For the sake of anonymity, this is only the first stage. Next, using two more AI models, one visual, which assessed the emotions of the speaker from video, and simultaneously, using whisper STT, we converted the person's words into text. Overall, we implemented a tool for analyzing a person's psychological state to simplify the work of a specialist.
