Python – Telegram-Bot 2

Good day, on the past picture I saw the code, which performs certain functions on the telegram-bot.
I created a telegram-bot which when you call the method start to see the text with fat font but then I thought and added to the place of fat font to see the same text but + with your names. Then I added my text that if I bot write Hi then I see the data from a person who to me this post then the same text of the data etc.
