Created a working workflow for the client. It was necessary to parse information from a government website with open data (people who received a license from the city authorities to rent out their properties), then transfer the information to #CRM (Zoho), where managers receive information on leads and make calls. Zoho Voice processes the calls and segments leads into the appropriate pipelines in the CRM based on keywords, and managers, depending on the stage of the lead, receive a certain number of points (scoring).
