Radicle (RAD) is a new, but quite promising project that appeared on the market in 2018. Radicle is a peer-to-peer code collaboration protocol. The use of this decentralized network makes it possible to work on code without the participation of intermediaries. The goal was to provide the functionality to centralized platforms whileining the peer-to-peer nature of Git. The protocol is developed based on peer-to-peer networks. Optionally, Radicle uses Ethereum to create global names, and decentralized organizations. This feature allows developers to maintain open-source work with no problem.
