The random anecdote bots

Send anecdotes to users - every hour if the subscription is made (at the time of registration it is made automatically).Anecdotes are sent from the service https://nekdo.ru/random by the plugin BeautifulSoup4. Users’ data is stored in the SQLite database. And more precisely: Telegram-ID of the user, the difference ('Smile' - 'No funny'), the user subscription status.
