Development of an e-Commerce platform for an agricultural store (Zernyatko)
Developed and optimized a large-scale online store and e-Commerce platform for the company "Zernyatko" — one of the leading suppliers of seeds, plant protection products, and goods for gardening and horticulture.
The project is focused on handling a large number of product items, complex categories, and high traffic.
Technology stack: JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue.js (Nuxt.js), REST API, Complex search and filtering algorithms.
What was implemented from a technical perspective:
1. Multi-level Catalog and Filtering: Creation of a flexible filtering system for product categories based on dozens of specific agro-parameters (manufacturer, packaging, crop, etc.). Optimization of processing speed and rendering of large data arrays by the frontend.
2. Checkout & Cart Module: An interactive and user-friendly shopping cart, integration with logistics services for automatic delivery calculation and connection to payment systems.
3. SEO and Speed Optimization (SSR): Use of Nuxt.js (Server-Side Rendering) for instant loading of dynamic product pages, which is critically important for high positions of the site in Google search engines.
4. Admin Panel and Integrations: Setting up a convenient internal system for content managers, automatic synchronization of order statuses, and integration with external inventory management systems.
