Development of a website for house rentals (layout, UI/UX design)

As part of this project, the development of a modern commercial website on demand in the real estate sector, specifically for house rentals, was implemented. The main goal was to create an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and intuitive web service where users can easily browse the housing catalog, view detailed photographs, learn about available amenities, and submit a booking request.
The work began with processing the interface logic and creating a modern UI/UX design in Figma, focusing on clean visuals and convenient navigation. After the structure was approved, I performed cross-browser and fully responsive layout using a Mobile-first approach, ensuring that the platform looks and functions flawlessly on both smartphones and desktops. A preprocessor SCSS was used to write clean and easily scalable styles, while all interactivity—specifically image galleries of properties, filtering by parameters, booking modal windows, and smooth interface animations—was implemented using HTML and JavaScript.
I paid special attention during the development process to optimizing page load speed and interface responsiveness, which directly affects user comfort and site conversion. This case demonstrates my ability to create functional commercial web platforms from scratch, combining thoughtful design with quality Frontend development to address business challenges in the rental and hospitality niche.
