Multi-user web platform (real-time) for team collaboration: personal workspaces for employees and an admin panel with online presence and real-time analytics.
What has been done:
- Employee workspace: record cards, quick actions, hotkeys, comments.
- Admin sees live who is online and metrics for each individual and the team.
- Individual data sources for each user (Google Sheets integration).
- Built-in AI assistant and notifications in Telegram.
- Authorization (JWT) + real-time updates via WebSocket, load limiting.
- Nightly cron jobs for data updates; several product releases issued.
- Full cycle: from specifications to deployment on own Linux VPS via Cloudflare.
Result: the team works in one window, the manager sees the picture in real time.
