Customer engagement occurs through lead generation using the company's own product – an artificial intelligence bot that makes calls.
Tasks:
Develop and implement a content strategy for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), website, and email newsletters.
Create an online magazine based on Instagram and Facebook that will be useful for the target audience and will naturally tell about our product.
Update the visual and establish an association of specific images with the company.
Establish an association with the CEO and co-founder of the company as the face of the brand and an expert in the voice marketing niche.
COMPLETED WORK:
Development of a new content strategy, highlighting the main pathways of the blog, and creating a content plan.
Creation of a mind map with main directions for newsletters and posts, as well as links to useful materials for rewriting.
Creation of a resource with visual references for the designer to develop a new visual concept and subsequently gather ideas for content and audience interactions.
Development of a script for stories and assistance in filming. Setting a brief for the designer for corporate style design and subsequent publication on social media.
Selection of topics and setting a brief for the copywriter for newsletters to the warm audience of the company. Collection of referral materials on business, psychology, and sales topics that are educational, helpful, and increase the profits of clients who are not yet ready to contact us.
Setting and controlling the implementation of the social media promotion strategy by the targeting specialist. Joint analysis and adjustments to current advertising campaigns.
During the work process, it was necessary to revive the page, recall pareidolia, and add "people" to the page in their various manifestations (memes, team photos, stock photos).
