Redesign App for garden center: B2B/B2C role model and ERP-
About the project:
Wiegand’s Nursery is a large garden center that needed to migrate its outdated application to a modern platform. The main challenge was to develop an interface that simultaneously serves two different audiences: retail customers and professional landscape contractors (B2B).
What was done:
Role-based access logic: seamless switching between "Retail" and "Contractor" modes with different pricing levels displayed.
Outdoor-Ready UI: the design is adapted for use in direct sunlight ("in the fields") — high contrast and enlarged touch areas (44px+).
Systematic approach: a complete UI Kit was created using Design Tokens and Auto Layout 5.0, ensuring perfect layout transfer to development.
Brand Alignment: the visual style is fully synchronized with the Shopify ecosystem.

Thanks to professional proficiency with Figma tools, I completed this strategic redesign in just 6 hours. The client received not just an image, but a ready-to-implement system that minimizes frontend development costs and eliminates usability errors.
