UX Redesign for Plantrum
During the research, I identified a number of problems that prevented users from fully appreciating the store's advantages. In particular, most customers did not know about Plantrum's main uniqueness — all plants undergo adaptation before sale. This is important because many people are afraid that the plant will die after purchase. To dispel these doubts, I implemented a solution: clearly showing the adaptation process on the main page. This increases trust in the brand and helps users make a confident choice.
