Redesign of the flower shop website
This project is a redesign of a flower shop website that specializes in creating custom bouquets and their delivery. The previous website looked outdated, lacked a clear structure, which made it difficult for users to choose and order bouquets. Poor visualization and an inconvenient ordering process reduced customer trust and conversion. The goal of the redesign was to create a modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly interface that enhances the shopping experience and promotes business growth.
The target audience includes men and women aged 20-45 who buy flowers for special occasions, gifts, or home decoration. They value convenience, quick selection, and reliable service.
Before the redesign, a competitor analysis and evaluation of the existing website were conducted to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement. Based on customer feedback and user behavior, three personas and a customer journey map were created to guide design decisions and ensure a user-centered approach.
