Redesign of the website with migration to a new domain (e-commerce)
Completed work:
- Initial work on the transfer and #redesign of the website - conducted a technical analysis of the website, performed a full competitor analysis, and gathered a semantic core. Provided recommendations to the developer for maximizing the preservation of website performance metrics.
- During migration - conducted a technical check of the website and fixed errors related to migration. Merging pages, tracking broken content, tracking other website errors.
- Website optimization stage - to maximize the preservation of website results, the content and structure of the website remained almost unchanged during migration.
- Work on the website structure - based on the current positions of products, work was done to create/delete pages and content blocks on the website pages.
- Work on the semantic component of the website - the website was filled with keywords and content.
- Work on business reputation - to increase recognition, company profiles were created on various local and global platforms.
- Work on link acquisition - a plan for link acquisition was developed, which is purchased on a regular basis.
Results:
Stage 1: During the transition period, we observed slight volatility in metrics, but quickly recovered.
Stage 2: Since April 2025, we have observed stable growth in website metrics.
Comparing metrics from the beginning of our collaboration with metrics from the last month, we see growth:
Clicks by 67% - from 3150 to 5260 per month.
Impressions by 327% - from 49,000 to 209,000 per month.
Metrics without visual confirmation:
We have brought all major commercial key queries to the top positions in the specified regions.
Prospects:
We continue to work on the project as we see potential for improving metrics and more stable consolidation of our positions.
We also offer prospects for reaching neighboring regions and expanding boundaries for our client.
Conclusions:
The chosen strategies worked as we expected. During their development and implementation, we conducted small tests, some of which were successful, while others were not, as testing showed quick results (within #SEO). The website demonstrates stable growth in metrics.
