As part of the Reels project, I was involved in the full cycle of video editing:
Material selection:
Analysis of the source materials provided by the client, including video clips, photos, and graphic elements.
Searching for additional stock or archival footage to enhance visual perception.
Video editing:
Cutting and assembling video content according to the specified script and concept.
Applying creative transitions, speed-ups, or slow-downs to maintain a dynamic rhythm.
Adjusting timing to music and voiceover to create a cohesive composition.
Working with graphics and animation:
Integrating text, titles, logos, and other graphics.
Using animation effects to give a professional look and enhance visual appeal.
Color correction and sound:
Processing video to improve color palette, balance lighting, and overall style.
Working with audio: enhancing soundtracks, adding effects, and synchronizing with the video.
Optimization for the platform:
Adapting final videos to vertical format (9:16), suitable for Reels.
Considering platform specifics: focusing on the first 3 seconds to capture viewers' attention.
Revisions and approvals:
Making edits based on feedback from the client or team.
Preparing final files and delivering them for publication.
My work allowed for the creation of bright, dynamic, and professionally designed video content that met the project requirements and attracted audience attention.
