Registration of citizenship of Ukraine

The task was to develop and “pack” the proposals to the citizenship of Ukraine in the landing and bring it to the conversion of 5%.

First of all, we developed a test bandage, to effectively conduct a behavioral analysis of the CA. We subsequently conducted a series of A/B tests, made a number of noticeable changes, both in the UTP and in the pricing, as well as in the form of service.

In the end, the conversion increased from 1.5 percent on the old bandwidth (nliubchenko.com/projects12old) and to 8 percent on the new bandwidth (nliubchenko.com/projects12).
