Registration form for the online course "7 Days of Focus"

Developed a Google form for collecting applications for a free online self-discipline course.
The form is designed to gather the necessary data as quickly as possible and immediately filter out non-targeted people.

Structure:

Greeting with a brief course description

Questions: name, email, Telegram, main goal, biggest problem

Mandatory consent for data processing

After filling out — redirect to Telegram bot

Additionally:

Form connected to Google Sheets

Automatic lead sorting

Prepared email template with participation confirmation
