The collaboration took place as part of the implementation of advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.There are two channels for attracting customers:

At the start of the work they had a well-designed profile and site that has long attracted customers from contextual advertising, which witnessed its conversion, and allowed to make a more accurate forecast of advertising campaigns on social networks.The main pain of the buyers was the impossibility to visually evaluate the benefits of purchasing one or another sofa, table or chair.In order to solve this problem, on the sales line, we thought of the sales line, at one of the stages of which the user demonstrated a video review of the model of a sofa or table, from the Instagram profile.It is the solution of these pain that has produced the greatest result, with the attraction of buyers from the cold audiences.The next step, we analyzed all traffic sources, and noted that the purchase decision period is from 7 to 14 days.Creating a retarget map with this information, they prepared a retarget offer for the audience interacting with the site, as well as downloaded a catalogue and set up a dynamic retarget.Thus, performing a full range of work, and optimizing the results to the minimum acceptable.During the period of cooperation, the following results were achieved:
